Caspian Impact Investment Adviser or Caspian is an investment advisory firm providing capital to socially responsible and multiple bottom line businesses aiming to deliver financial and social value. It invests debt and equity capital into financial inclusion, food and agriculture, affordable housing, healthcare, and clean energy companies in India.

Viswanatha Prasad founded Caspian Impact Investment Adviser in 2004. In its initial years of financial inclusion investments, it focused on low income populations and the improvement of livelihoods through access to timely credit and other financial and non-financial services. ​Over time, it has diversified in to areas beyond financial inclusion and its non-financial goals adapted accordingly.

In 2016, it became the first Indian impact investing firm to be granted a B Corp certification.
