Cemex Ventures is a corporate venture capital firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain. It was launched in 2017 as the investment arm of cement and building materials supplier, CEMEX. It makes cross stage capital investments in companies in the construction industry. It has made investments in the urban development, SaaS, artificial intelligence, machine learning, logistics, Internet of Things, data analytics, and storage sectors.

Cemex Ventures sponsors a construction technology incubator and accelerator program in partnership with a number of local government and universities globally. Since 2017, the firm has also hosted an annual construction startup competition in Monterey, Mexico.
