Charles III University of Madrid, also known as Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, was founded in 1989 by Gregorio Peces-Barba. The university is located in Getafe and Madrid, Spain. As a public educational institute, it operates under the accreditation of the Ministry of Universities of Spain.
