Charlie Rouse

Charlie Rouse (born 6 April 1924, Washington, D.C.; died 30 November 1988, Seattle) was an American musician and saxophonist known for his work in the music industry. Rouse's citizenship was of the United States, and he played various genres of music such as bebop, jazz, hard bop, and post-bop. Throughout his career, Rouse contributed significantly to the evolution of these diverse music genres as a talented saxophonist and musician.
