CircleBack was founded in 2012 in Washington DC, and develops contact intelligence for businesses. CircleBack builds technologies that allow users to stay connected with their contacts, and access/customize them.

Using a proprietary data engine, CircleBack discovers when connection details change and surfaces new contact information to keep connections alive. It allows the user to discover and add new connections to their address book from Gmail, Google Apps, Outlook/Exchange, and Office 365. CircleBack adds contacts to the address book using an OCR business card scanner.

ScanBiz Cards allows the user to add new connections with business card scanning, and export the scanned contacts to CRM or via CSV.

Cleanup Duplicate Contacts removes duplicate contacts with customizable features, controls the merge process, and forms a backup of the address book.
