City Storage Systems (CSS) is a company that repurposes distressed real estate. CSS is incorporated in Delaware with an incorporated branch in California. The company was founded in 2016 by Sky Dayton and Diego Berdakin and was purchased in 2018 for $150 million by its current CEO Travis Kalanick, former co-founder and CEO of Uber. It is the parent company of CloudKitchens.
