Cityflag proposes the use of the Cityflag mobile application and Dashboard (CRM) platforms to create a solution that will offer the ability for tenants to share maintenance and other issues on Air Force on base housing with property managers and base commanders, leading to rapid issue resolution. In addition to housing issues, Air Force personnel and families can also use these tools to report and communicate about general infrastructure issues on base (e.g. street/sidewalk repair, electrical/lighting issues). Cityflag has extensive experience working with government and commercial sectors and has successfully launched platforms similar to the proposed project in multiple cities. We believe the use of the platforms proposed will help to improve the quality of life for active military and their families and will help personnel to be more efficient, productive and enhance readiness.
