Clara Shih is the CEO of Salesforce AI. Her role comprises the management of artificial intelligenceartificial intelligence (AI) efforts across the company, including product, go-to-market, growth, adoption, and ecosystem for Einstein GPT, an AI platform for customer relationship management. Previously, Shih was in charge of Salesforce Service Cloud, overseeing contact center,Salesforce's digital service, bots, and field service solution.
