Clark is a company offering a software platform for managing insurance that is headquartered in Berlin, Germany and was founded in 2015 by Christopher Oster, Marco Adelt, and Steffen Glomb. On October 5, 2015 Clark completed their seed funding round with an undisclosed amount of funding from Target Global (lead investor), Finleap, ProsiebenSat.1 Accelerator, Karl-Heinz Flother, and Thomas Noth.
On September 29, 2016 Clark completed their series A funding round with €13.2 million in funding from Yabeo Capital, Finleap, Coparion, Tenderloin Ventures, TA Ventures, SevenVentures, Kulczyk Investments, IONIQ Group, German Media Pool, and Axel Springer.
On April 25, 2018 Clark completed their series B funding round with $29 million in funding from White Star Capital (lead investor), Portag3 Ventures (lead investor), Yabeo Capital, Coparion, Kulczyk Investments, and ING Ventures.
