Claudia Dill

Claudia Dill (Switzerland, economist) has sat on the Board of Directors since 2022. She holds an MBA from the University of Rochester/Bern and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

From 1999 to 2020, she worked for Zurich Insurance Group in various management positions in Zurich, New York and Sao Paulo, including CFO of the internal reinsurance and reinsurance run-off business, CFO of the European business and COO of the non-life business. Most recently, she was a member of the Group Executive Committee with responsibility for the Latin American market.

Before joining Zurich, Claudia Dill worked for Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank and Coopers and Lybrand. Until March 2022, she was an independent member of the Board of Nordea Bank Abp. She is an independent non-executive director.
