ClearSky is a venture capital firm headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida. It was founded in 2012. It makes late and growth stage investments in energy, clean power, security and technology companies. The firm current operates two funds, the ClearSky Power and Technology Fund, which focuses on energy and technology investing, and the ClearSky Security Fund, which invests in cyber security, industrial security, and critical infrastructure security related companies. It also has offices in New York, Boston, and San Francisco.

In 2018, it was reported that the company had raised $244. million for its initial ClearkSky Security Fund. The following year in 2019, it raised $145.8 million for its second ClearSky Power and Technology Fund.
