Clearpay

Clearpay is a financial technology company that has developed a solution for paying for moderately larger retail purchases with installments rather than paying for the entire purchase upfront. Clearpay was established in the United Kingdom and was acquired by an Australian company called Afterpay. Both companies offer the same service with the same platform, but the company is known as Clearpay in Europe and Afterpay in places such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States.

The Clearpay app can be downloaded from the Google Play or App Store. The app allows users to pay for their online purchases in four installments over six weeks. Users can earn rewards for paying on time, which can be used for advantages such as discounts or early access to sales from participating vendors.

The company has also developed a Clearpay Card. This is a digital product that can be used for in-store purchases and connects to a user's digital wallet. Users can enter an address in the app to look up nearby stores that accept the Clearpay Card and shop there. They can pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay and then make the installments of payments to Clearpay over the next six weeks.
