Clerisy Capital is a Miami, Florida-based private equity firm. The company was co-founded in 2020 by investor Lisa Myers and Glamsquad founder Alexandra Wilkis Wilson, who both serve as managing partners at the firm. Zack Shaftal, formerly of 3i Group plc, serves as Clerisy's vice president. Clerisy made its public debut on March 10, 2021, unveiling a $100 million growth equity fund. The company differs from a venture capital firm in that it focuses on growth equity investments and does not invest in a startup's pre-seed or seed stages. Clerisy has said it will be investing in tech and consumer-focused companies. Clerisy's first investment was Dormify, a dorm room e-commerce platform founded by Amanda Zuckerman.
