CodinGame is a Montpellier, France-based company that operates a technical hiring platform and online developer community. CodinGame provides companies looking to hire skilled developers with a platform to source, screen, and retain technical talent. The platform connects hiring companies to its 2 million+ community of developers, who use the site for technical skill development and to practice programming and coding through games, puzzles, and ranked challenges. CodinGame was founded in 2012 by Frédéric Desmoulins, Nicolas Antoniazzi, and Aude Barral.

In October 2021, CodinGame merged with CoderPad, a technical candidate coding interview platform, to create a single platform for technical candidates and hiring companies, with the stated goal of making it simpler for companies to evaluate and hire technical talent in an unbiased, skill-based way.
