Colin Chapman

Colin Chapman (1928-1982) was an engineer and entrepreneur from the United Kingdom. He was born in London on May 19, 1928, and received his education at University College London (UCL). Chapman is best known as the founder of Lotus Cars and Team Lotus, both of which are still prominent organizations in the automotive industry. He passed away in Norfolk on December 16, 1982.
