D. B. Weiss

D. B. Weiss (born April 23, 1971) is an American screenwriter, writer, author, novelist, and television director . He was born in Chicago and holds citizenship in the United States. Weiss completed his education at Wesleyan University.

He is best known for being one of the creators of the Game of Thrones, which was a highly popular television series.
