DG Incubation is a corporate venture capital firm and incubator in Japan that focuses on the internet services, media and information technology sectors. Founded 1995 in Tokyo, Japan by Kaoru Hayashi and Yasuhiro Mimura, it invests in early stage ventures, late stage ventures, post-IPO, seed, series C, series A, and series B rounds. Its portfolio companies include Repro, Respira Technologies, SmartScan, HIDEOUT CLUB, and Healthians. As of March 2020, DG Ventures has made 62 investments. Their most recent investment was on January 10, 2020, when Respira Technologies raised $2.1M. DG Ventures has had five exits, the most notable of which include CrowdWorks, iRidge, and Kicksend.
