He is most known for his time in iBUYPOWER and Quantic Gaming. DaZeD was one of 7 individuals permanently banned from Valve events for his involvement in the North American match fixing scandal. In more recent times DaZeD has been attending events in his local area as an on-screen analyst, this has been very well received by the community despite previous events.
DaZeD got his start in CS during his tenure on various teams in Counter-Strike: Source. Most notably, DaZeD took at top 3 finish under the Check Six banner with his current teammate steel at ESWC 2011.
When he switched over to CS:GO, he rose to prominence when his Area 51 roster finished third place in the first major CS:GO event, ESWC 2012. With Area 51, he won his first ESEA title.
The Area 51 roster left the organisation, and joined 4Nothing, which later merged with Quantic Gaming. The roster eventually broke apart due to internal struggles.
The next step of DaZeD's career was to join the Denial eSports roster. This team eventually left their sponsor, and joined up with Team iBUYPOWER. With the iBUYPOWER roster, DaZeD picked up two more ESEA titles in Season 15 and 16 respectively.
Following allegations of his involvement in the North American match fixing scandal, he became one of the seven individuals banned by Valve.
