Dave Gahan

Dave Gahan, born as David Callcott on May 9, 1962, is an English singer-songwriter who is best known as the lead singer of the electronic band Depeche Mode since their debut in 1980. Gahan is one of the founders of Depeche Mode. He was born in Epping Green, Essex and attended South Essex College.

Gahan is known for his work in various music genres, such as new wave music, pop music, synth-pop, electronic music, alternative dance, and rock music. Throughout his career, he has taken on various roles, including those of a guitarist, musician, songwriter, singer-songwriter, and singer.
