David Geffen Hall

David Geffen Hall is a concert hall located in the Upper West Side of New York City. It is part of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and is situated at 10 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York, NY 10023, United States. The hall was founded on September 23, 1962 and is primarily used for concerts.

The venue has undergone several name changes throughout history. Initially called Philharmonic Hall from 1962 to 1973, it was later renamed Avery Fisher Hall from 1973 to 2015. The hall's design was a collaboration among Max Abramovitz, Wallace Harrison, and Philip Johnson. As a performing arts center, David Geffen Hall is a notable organization within the United States.
