Mr. Rivas has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
He completed a postgraduate degree in finance at the CEMA University and management development programs at the IMD in Lausanne (Switzerland), additionally he completed a postgraduate degree in risk management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He joined Banco Galicia in 1987. He worked in several areas, such as Financial Banking and Planning. In May 2016, he was appointed Risk Manager of Banco Galicia and in July 2020 Risk Manager of Grupo Financiero.
He is currently the Financial and Compliance Manager of Grupo Financiero Galicia, a position he has held since May 2021.
He is also Planning Manager at Banco Galicia.
