Dogelon Mars is a meme coin with a theme resembling Dogecoin (DOGE) and inspired by Elon Musk's plans to colonize Mars. ELON is its ERC-20 utility token. The anonymous founders of Dogelon Mars locked 50% of ELON liquidity in a Uniswap liquidity pool, and the rest was donated to a wallet owned by Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum.
Vitalik then sent the ELON to DAOs and foundations, including the Methuselah Foundation, a medical foundation focused on anti-aging. Dogelon Mars's founding team supposedly allocated none of the token to themselves. To this effect, holders of ELON purchased the token on a decentralized exchange (DEX) or got them from Vitalik Buterin.
Dogelon Mars users are required to create MetaMask Wallets, which will enable them to purchase, sell, send, and get ELON. They can buy Ethereum (ETH) on MetaMask or transfer it to their MetaMask Wallet from exchanges like Coinbase and Binance. They can also connect their wallets and swap ETH for ELON.
