Dongguk University

Dongguk University, also known as 동국대학교, is a private university in South Korea that was founded in 1906. The university operates within the research, education, higher education, and university industries. It is located in the Jung District of Seoul, South Korea.

The institution's motto is "Steady one's clean mind, Behave truly and reliably, Love people with benevolence, Save mankind from agony". Dongguk University is an instance of an organization and an educational institute. It has been accredited by the Korean Council for University Education and the Ministry of Education of Korea.

Dongguk University has been granted one patent and has a subsidiary, the Quantum-functional Semiconductor Research Center.
