This proposal seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of a virtual reality authoring platform that can deliver training modules for learners across the continuum of USAF skills. Content authoring in this tool does not require any programming expertise, and subject matter experts can create learning experiences by importing most digital files (2D and 3D). The learner then experiences a one-on-one expert-taught virtual lesson asynchronously. Additionally, learner competency assessments can be created and provide real-time feedback, and these results could be exported and integrated into existing learning management systems. Since the learning experience exists as a data file it can move digitally over time and space, thus reducing variability in content delivery and lower the overall financial burden of training.
