EVP Capital Management

EVP Capital Management AG is a private equity company in Frankfurt Germany that invests in medium-sized technology companies in the growth phase. Founded in 1998, it is a subsidiary of Co-Investor AG that funds early and late stage ventures. The company has six funds and invests them into fast-growing technology companies in the DACH region. EVP Capital Management AG emerged from the management buyout of equinet Venture Partners AG in early 2008, the venture capital arm of the Frankfurt investment bank equinet AG. Since then, EVP Capital Management AG has been a 100% subsidiary of Co-Investor AG, Switzerland. It usually invests in Series A, B and C rounds. Its portfolio companies include bio.logis, Phenex Pharmaceuticals, Signature Diagnostics GmbH, fg microtec, Nova Ratio and iTAC Software.
