Eastham Capital

Eastham Capital is a Florida based venture capital firm investing in real-estate industry in Texas, Midwest and Southeast United States. Matt Rosenthal and Eric Silverman co-founded the company in 2007. It seeks to invest in multifamily communities managed by a network of local and regional real-estate owners, managers, and developers who have excellent track record of acquisition, renovation, management and disposition of distressed real estate assets. As of 2017, the firm has raised $250 million with five funds under its management.
