Edward III of England (Edward of Windsor) was born on November 13, 1312, at Windsor Castle and died on June 21, 1377, at Richmond Palace. He held citizenship in the Kingdom of England and was the son of Edward II of England and Isabella of France.
Edward III's various occupations included king, lord, politician, writer, composer, and poet. He was also the founder of the Order of the Garter and held the alias Lord of Ireland.
