Edwin Carewe

Edwin Carewe was born on March 24, 1883, in Gainesville, Texas. He worked as a screenwriter, film producer, actor, and film director. Some of the films he directed include The Spoilers, The Voice of Conscience, The Cowboy and the Lady, I Am the Law, and Are We Civilized?. Carewe passed away on January 22, 1940, in Hollywood. He had a child named Rita Carewe.
