Ivan Romanovich Rudskoy was born on January 19, 1996 in the Ukrainian village of Annovka, Verkhnedneprovsky district, Dnepropetrovsk region [5]. His mother is an economist and his father is a veterinarian. In high school, Ivan, along with his younger sisters, moved to the Krivoy Rog region - Ingulets. At school number 114, he was considered [by whom?] an excellent student [source not specified 57 days]. He studied at the Dnepropetrovsk National University at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics[16], but then dropped out and moved to the capital of Russia - Moscow[6][7].
In 2017 he entered the bachelor's program at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology (in the English-speaking group)
On March 19, 2013, Ivan registered his channel with the name "EeOneGuy" (now - "Ivangai") on the YouTube video hosting. In 2015, he took part in the filming of YouTube Rewind, an advertising campaign for Lenovo and the Videofan festival[20], and became the winner of the Like-2015 award held within the framework of the Vidfest festival in the nomination “Like for lifestyle”[24].
Ivangai is considered one of the most sought-after video bloggers on Runet. According to the analytical service VSP Stats for April 2016, Ivangai's estimated monthly income was about twenty thousand dollars[11]. The audience is attracted in various ways - singing in karaoke, playing popular games, commenting on them, doing something for an argument, answering questions from subscribers, showing simple tricks and tricks, or joking on camera. Some of the titles of his videos characterize the plots - "Trolling schoolchildren in" Digger Online "", "I draw like a cretin", "Stoned antics", "Song of a nerd", etc. As noted by the Afisha Daily and Gazeta.Ru publications, the main audience of his video blog is teenage girls. In 2016, together with Sasha Spielberg and Maryana Ro, he played one of the main roles in the film from the Bazelevs studio (producer Timur Bekmambetov) - Hack Bloggers (directed by Maxim Sveshnikov) [31]. In May 2016, the Kommersant Dengi magazine published an article entitled “The Animation Tax”, where he estimated Ivan’s estimated annual income from the YouTube affiliate program at $300,000[12][32].
During a visit to Moscow in June 2016, Stephen Nuttall, head of YouTube for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, called Ivangai the most popular blogger in Russia[13]. In November 2016, Ivan's channel surpassed 10 million subscribers[33], making him the first Russian-speaking owner[34] of a YouTube diamond button[35], and his videos have now surpassed two billion in total views[36] .
On December 21, 2016, he became a guest of the TV show "Evening Urgant" [37].
In April 2017, he visited a festival dedicated to Japanese culture in Russia, Hinode Power Japan (Moscow, VDNKh), where he met with his subscribers at the Nintendo booth[38].
On January 4, 2019, after a long absence, he released a song called "My Heart" under the pseudonym IVAN [39]. Work on YouTube in less than a day has collected more than 5 million views, more than 850 thousand likes and 300 thousand comments[40]. On the eve of 2020, the video “Ivangay’s New Year’s Mix”[41] was released on the channel, and three months later, in March, a vlog from his DJ performance[15]. On May 1, 2020, Ivangay posted another vlog on his channel, in which he explained where he had been disappearing for the past two years. In addition, he created a track from memes. In just a couple of hours, the video reached the top trends of the Russian-language YouTube.

Throughout 2020, Ivangay and his friend Evgeny developed and released four mobile games - One Guy Run, Bottle Blast!, EeOneGuy Blogger Simulator and Blocky Zoo Tycoon, but the games were not very successful[46] [47][48][49][50].
On February 27, 2021, in his Instagram profile, Rudskoy spoke about his long absence from YouTube: According to him, the experience gained will not allow him to avoid new mistakes, but he learned to draw the right conclusions. The blogger admitted that now he pays more attention to his health and tries to control income and expenses. Ivan began to appreciate his homeland more after the experience of living abroad. The novice musician associated many problems with publicity, which created certain obstacles to relaxation and brought people closer to him who wanted to cash in on popularity. Ivangai noted that there were also disappointments in his life, as a result of which he began to approach business with a cold head, and also to better understand people, getting rid of several unnecessary friends[51][52].
On March 18, 2021, an interview with Ivangay was released on the Vdud YouTube channel[53][54].
In May 2021, Rudskoy became the face of an updated version of the iconic multiplayer computer game Lineage 2 Essence.
