ElliQ

ElliQ is a robotic device that is designed and produced to help older adults stay engaged and connected to other people. It operates in conjunction with Platform Q, a system that uses artificial intelligence and contextual understanding to interact with customers using ElliQ.

The product comes with the ElliQ body that has three points of movement and LED lights. There is a base containing a speaker and microphone that supports the device and acts as a charger as well. There is a separate screen on the device that also contains cameras. Users need a high-speed WIFI internet connection and a power outlet to use the device.

Customers using the device can conduct video calls and message with other people in addition to its photosharing feature. Users can access cognitive games, videos, and music. There is a question-and-answer feature that can keep the customer engaged in communication. There is also a calendar and reminder feature designed to aid its elderly audience in remember appointments or medications.
