En+ Group International PJSC is a vertically integrated aluminum and hydropower producer. The company operates primarily in the Siberia region and provides power to Russian industrial facilities and core aluminum smelters. The company combines power plants with an overall installed capacity of 19.7 GW, as well as 15.1 GW of hydropower assets, plus 3.9 mtpa of annual aluminum production capacity.
Established in 2002 and headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, En+ Group operates through its Metal and Power business segments. The Metals segment engages in mining and refining bauxite and nepheline ore into alumina, smelting primary aluminum from alumina, and fabricating aluminum and aluminum alloys into semi-fabricated and finished products. The Power segment focuses on power generation, transmission, trading, and distribution activities, including coal production and supply. It also specializes in silicon production, repair, and maintenance activities and provides engineering, management, and financial services.
The company was previously known as En+ Group plc before changing its name to En+ Group International public joint-stock company in July 2019.
