Eric Boe

Eric Boe is an American astronaut, engineer, and officer in the armed forces, born in Miami on October 1, 1964. He has American citizenship. Boe is an alumnus of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, the United States Air Force Academy, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Eric Boe has received numerous awards, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Air Medal, Aerial Achievement Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Combat Readiness Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and War on Terrorism Service Medal.
