Professional – Personal
He started his career as an accountant with KPMG in Lyon after graduating from the NEOMA Business School in France. His career has included working at board level in the financial services and insurance intermediary sectors for public and private equity backed companies. Eric moved to the UK in 1997 to work for Dun & Bradstreet, a NYSE listed company, as the European CFO and Vice President for strategy implementation. He was also the European Finance Director for Marsh, a NYSE listed company, and the CFO of Hyperion Insurance Group, a private equity backed company headquartered in London. He joined First Names Group in 2016 and co-led the sale to SGG Group in 2017, at which point he became CFO of the Group.
Eric supports the strategic and operational aspirations of international companies through phases of growth, change, acquisitions and refinancing. Under his financial stewardship, the Group has successfully grown into a leading global investor services firm through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.
He holds dual citizenship of Britain and France and is bi-lingual.
Eric enjoys travelling and relaxing to music, particularly opera. Although Eric is an anglophile, when it comes to cooking for family and friends, the menu and wine choices are definitely more international than "français" or "anglais".
