Mr. Ilizirov was appointed Deputy Director General for Finance and Investments at Russian Helicopters Holding Company in April, 2019.
He commenced his employment with JSC “Russian Helicopters” in May 2018 and held the position of Director for Finance until April 2019.
Within 2003-2018 Mr. Ilizirov served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of LLC Commercial Bank “Sinko-Bank”. Within 2004-2012 he also delivered lectures at Russian State University of Trade and Economics, chair “Finances and credit”.
In 2003 Mr.Ilizirov graduated from Russian State University of Trade and Economics with honors, Master’s degree in Economics, majoring in “Finances and credit”. In 2007 he defended a thesis on the subject “Taxation of leasing transactions and ways to improve it” and was conferred a degree of Candidate of economic sciences.
During the period of his teaching activity Mr. Ilizirov published scientific works, learning guides and monographies.
Married, with three children.
