Founded 2016 in Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia, the firm invests in early stage ventures and seed stages. The company’s portfolio businesses include VitalFields, Rakuten Fits Me, Sportlyzer and United Dogs and Cats. This government fund was created by the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament) to support the Estonian economy by providing growth in exports and new jobs.
