Émile Gagnan (1900-1979) was a French-Canadian engineer known for his numerous inventions during his lifetime. Born on November 1, 1900, in the Burgundy region of France, Gagnan held citizenship in both France and Canada.
Throughout his career, Gagnan made significant contributions to various fields as an engineer. He passed away on January 1, 1979, in Paris, France. For his innovations and accomplishments, Gagnan was posthumously inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2010.
