F. L. Lucas, born on December 28, 1894, in Hipperholme, was a multifaceted individual having occupations as a poet, novelist, playwright, and intelligence officer. He was educated at several institutions, including Colfe's School, Rugby School, and Trinity College, Cambridge. Lucas held citizenship in both the United Kingdom and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. He passed away in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, on June 1, 1967.
