Biography

She was born on May 29, 1975 in the village of Kant, Kant region of Kyrgyzstan.

Education:

• 1992 - 1997 - Kazan State University, philologist, teacher of Russian language and literature;

• 2007 - 2012 – Russian Academy of Justice, lawyer;

• 2016 - 2018 – Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Master of Business Administration.

Labor activity:

• 1996 - 2004 - teacher of the Russian language, deputy director for educational work of secondary school No. 126 of the Soviet district of Kazan;

• 2004 - 2007 - director of secondary school No. 15 of the Soviet district of Kazan;

• 2007 - 2011 - Deputy Head of the Administration of the Soviet District of Kazan;

• 2011 - 2014 - Deputy Head of the Kazan Executive Committee for social issues;

• 2014 - 2018 - Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;

• since February 2018 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
