Fearless Solutions (Fearless) is a digital services company with strong ties to the Air Force and its BESPIN program. Our full-service team combines this experience with Catalyte’s coaching experience, the world-renowned research capabilities of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and our powerful workforce identification and development product, Odyssey. In our Phase II STTR, we propose connecting our Odyssey platform with data from Digital University to correlate technology training courses with airmen’s success, and to provide real-time insight into how technology skills are applied on the job. This solution represents a significant product-market fit for our customer BESPIN, which needs a sustainable tech talent pipeline to bring in more qualified airmen developers in support of its growth as a Mobile Center of Excellence for the Air Force. Our objectives include creating an API that will allow us to track and compare the learning paths and progress of airmen training in various digital learning platforms, evaluating USAF’s 11 cyber career fields, creating a role excellence profile gold standard based on our comparative analysis, and piloting a mentorship program with up to five BESPIN delivery teams who have been trained to work in one of the 11 cyber fields.
