Within its powers Rosreestr:
-maintains the Unified State Register of Real EstatRN
-maintains the Unified State Register of Self-Regulatory Organizations
-maintains the State catalog of geographical names
-maintains a consolidated state register of arbitration manage
-maintains the state fund of data obtained as a result of land management
-carries out state land supervision
-carries out state geodetic supervision
-carries out land monitoring (except for agricultural land)
-oversees land management
-conducts an examination of land management documentation
