Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli was an architect during the Russian Empire, born in Paris in 1700. He was a Russian citizen and the son of fellow architect Carlo Bartolomeo Rastrelli. Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli passed away in Saint Petersburg on April 29, 1771.
Throughout his career, Rastrelli designed several notable works. Some of these structures include the Catherine Palace, St Andrew's Church in Kiev, and Rundāle Palace. Additionally, he created the Anichkov Palace, Winter Palace, Vorontsov Palace in Saint Petersburg, and the Stroganov Palace.
