Francis William Newman

Francis William Newman was born on 27th June 1805 in London. He was a writer, historian, and philosopher who held citizenship in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. His father was John Newman , and his mother was Jemima Fourdrinier. Francis had a sibling named John Henry Newman.

Francis William Newman was known for being an English classical scholar and moral philosopher, as well as a miscellaneous writer and activist for vegetarianism and other causes. He was married to Eleanor Williams.

He passed away on 7th October 1897 in Weston-super-Mare.
