Dutch astronomer
Frederik Kaiser (June 10, 1808 - July 28, 1872) was a Dutch astronomer and professor. He was born in the Netherlands and held citizenship in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Kaiser received his education at Leiden University, where he later died.
During his career, he had several doctoral students: H. G. van de Sande Bakhuyzen, Jean Abraham Chrétien Oudemans, Volkert Simon Maarten van der Willigen, and Martin Hoek. His doctoral advisor was Gerrit Moll.
