GRC SinoGreen Fund

GRC SinoGreen Fund is a Chinese private equity and venture capital firm. It was founded in 2015. The firm provides entry and growth level capital to sustainability and environmentally focused companies in China and Silicon Valley. It targets investment in renewable energy, clean transportation, climate change mitigation technology, and clean technology sectors. GRC SinoGreen fund uses an investment strategy that identifies "bottlenecks" in the clean industry value chain and aims to expand the bottleneck through investing in companies that provide disruptive technology. The fund aimed to raise $150 million in its initial fund.
