Galidesivir

Galidesivir is a broad spectrum anti-viral drug used for treating viral infections. It has been safe and well tolerated in Phase 1 clinical safety and pharmacokinetics trials with intravenous and intramuscular administration. Animal studies using Galidesivir show the drug increases the survival rates of infections from Ebola, Marburg, Yellow Fever, and Sika viruses. It has also shows to have broad spectrum in-vitro anti-viral activity towards over 20 ribonucleic acid (RNA) viruses in nine viral families which includes: coronaviruses, filoviruses, togaviruses, bunyaviruses, arenaviruses, paramyxoviruses, and Flaviviruses.
