Gennadiy Vasyukov

Education

Gennadiy Vasyukov received a Doctor of Philosophy in Public administration with a degree in local government and authored the thesis "Ensuring the financial autonomy of local authorities", as well as 11 scientific papers. He also received the Master's degree in Public administration at the National Academy of State Administration and the first class degrees in low and economic at Classic Private University.

Career

Gennadiy Vasyukov started his career in 1997 as a state tax inspector of the State Tax Administration in the Zaporizhia Oblast, passed all the links of the service and has many years of practical experience on senior positions.

In 2006, Gennadiy headed the legal department and became the Member of the Supervisory board of "Global Spirits" - the largest alcohol holding in Eastern Europe (trademarks Khortytsa, Shustov vodka, Blagov, Medovukha, Oreanda).

In 2010, Gennadiy co-founded the law company "Vasyukov, Ostapyuk & Partners", based in Ukraine.

In 2012, Gennadiy co-founded the International Internet Holding "Universal Commerce Group". UCG unites more than 25 projects in such areas as E-commerce, Recruitment (disambiguation), Real estate, Price comparison, Health care, Fashion industry and Digital media. Main projects: Aport.ru, Price.ua, Trud.com, Vcene, Modasto, Naydidom.com, DocGuru.

In 2014, Gennadiy co-founded "Wayforpay" - the online Payment system with 3-D Secure technology, which is licensed by the National Bank of Ukraine, National Commission for Financial Markets Regulation and has the Czech National Bank license with a right of Electronic money emission. Company has offices in Ukraine and in the European Union countries (Latvia and the Czech Republic).

In February 2015, he took part in a competition for the position of director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, in which he entered the second qualifying round.

In 2015, Gennady Vasyukov took part in a competition for the position of Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, in which he reached the finals.

Social activities

Since 2006, Gennady Vasyukov has been active in public affairs on the development of entrepreneurship and liberalization of tax legislation.

Since 2006 - President of the NGO "Association of Entrepreneurs for the Legal Market", from 2008 to 2010 - member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Chairman of the Commission on Anti-Corruption and Monitoring of Legislation of the Council of Entrepreneurs, since 2009 - member of the Committee for Economic Reforms in Zaporizhia Oblast, from 2009 to 2010 - member of the Public Board at the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, from 2014 he was a member of the Public Council at the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

Philanthropic activity

In 2018, Gennady has launched two nonprofit international projects: Noblest.org - a personnel search portal for Nonprofit organization around the world and Charitymark.org - a platform where people can donate their time and use their skills in the interests of those who need help.

Personal

Gennady Vasyukov is the Candidate Master of Sports in chess and the winner of Ukrainian Judo Tournaments. He enjoys skiing, tennis and football. He is married, has a son and two daughters.
