GeoPlace

GeoPlace is a UK location data collection company that is creating a single database consisting of all standard UK addresses. It was founded in 2011. The managing director is Nick Chapallaz.

GeoPlace sources existing addresses from various people and organizations including local authorities in England and Wales, central UK government, the Ordnance Survey agency, the Royal Mail, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands via the Improvement Service, the Land & Property Services agency, and Digimap. GeoPlace records two sets of powerful data identifiers, UPRNs and USRNs, or Unique Property Reference Numbers and Unique Street Reference Numbers.
