Philosopher and mathematical logician
George Boolos (born April 9, 1940, died May 27, 1996) was an American philosopher and mathematician. He held citizenship in the United States and completed his education at Princeton University. Hilary Putnam served as Boolos' doctoral advisor. Boolos passed away in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a philosopher and mathematician, he is classified as a person within the realms of both professions.
