Giosuè Carducci (1835-1907) was an Italian writer, poet, journalist, and politician. Born in Pietrasanta, he was a citizen of the Kingdom of Italy. He used the pseudonym Enotrio Romano in his work.
Carducci studied at the University of Pisa and the Normal School of Pisa. He worked as a teacher during his lifetime.
He authored "Juvenilia," a collection of poetry. In recognition of his literary achievements, Carducci received the 1906 Nobel Prize in Literature.
