Gismart is a developer and publisher of entertainment-focused apps and games headquartered in London, UK. The company operates within three primary focus areas — hypercasual and casual games, music entertainment apps, and wellness products.

History:

Gismart was founded in 2013 by Dmitri Lipnitsky and Alex Minets. The company initially specialized in music entertainment applications. Gismart’s top music apps include Beat Maker Go, Piano Crush, DJ It! WeDrum, Hello Piano, and Karaoke.

The company has sealed deals with large music publishers, such as Universal Music Publishing Group and Sony/ATV Music Publishing as well as partnered with American DJs The Chainsmokers for Beat Maker Go.

In 2019, Gismart began developing mobile games and publishing third-party games. The company launched a number of hyper-casual and idle games including Cool Goal, Domino Smash, Pregnancy Idle and Body Race.

Gismart launched its first game, Color Galaxy on Snapchat’s Snap Games platform in early 2020.[11] In 2021 Gismart signed a multi-game, cross-platform partnership with Snapchat and launched Crazy Run, the second game on the platform.

In 2020, Gismart was ranked the 6th fastest-growing company in Europe according to the Financial Times (FT 1000).

BillionPeeps:

The BillionPeeps collection will be featured in the company’s new blockchain gaming project, which is scheduled for release next year. NFT owners will be among the first to participate in the in-game events and will have early-bird access to valuable in-game items. In addition, all holders of NFTs from the BillionPeeps collection will be able to participate in an annual lottery and other exclusive events.

BillionPeeps collection is dedicated to its recent milestone of 1 billion downloads. The company granted the ownership rights of the collection to the employees. Each team member received one NFT distributed at random. All new employees will also receive BillionPeeps NFTs on joining the company as a part of the benefit package. The collection is limited to 10,000 NTFs.
